Our Founder

Claudia M Rojas

Claudia Rojas was born and raised in Colombia before moving to the United States at the age of 12. Having her Colombian foundation, she embraces her multicultural upbringing in all aspects of her life.

Claudia has 20 years of experience working with multicultural markets- specializing in the Latino Market. Most recently she worked at a Fortune 100 company overseeing all aspects of the Latino Market in the Pacific North West. She attributes her success to her resilience, drive, obsession with professional development, and her understanding of the community that has allowed her to develop stronger relationships in the communities she works and lives in.

Her true passions are family, knowledge, helping others, and giving back to the community at large. Claudia was previously on the board of directors for the Association of Latino Professionals for America and founded Latinas of the Bay, an organization created to empower and inspire women to be their best selves.  She always looks for an opportunity to give back; education, children, empowerment, and animals are some of the causes that inspire all of her philanthropic work.

In 2018 Claudia decided to take a leap and follow her heart by creating a solution to the Leadership and professional development gap she witnessed in Corporate America. She decided to combine her passion for professional development, her corporate, management, coaching, marketing, & sales experience to work to help others become the best leaders and individuals they can be.
